Appointments & Deposits

A deposit may be required to secure appointments for new clients and for services exceeding 60 minutes. Deposits are applied toward the total service cost.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We kindly request a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or appointment changes. Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed appointments (no-shows), will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service. This policy allows us to respect our providers’ time and accommodate other clients.

Late Arrival Policy

If you arrive late, your service time may be shortened to avoid delays for the next scheduled client. The full service fee will still apply. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment.

Health & Skin Safety

For your safety and best results, please inform your provider if you:

• Are currently using Retinol, Accutane, or prescription skincare
• Have had recent chemical peels, laser treatments, or skin procedures
• Have allergies, skin sensitivities, or medical conditions
• Are pregnant or breastfeeding

Some treatments may need to be modified for safety.

Age Requirement

Clients under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian present at the first appointment and sign a consent form.
